This new boutique apartment is situated on Rushcutters Bay and features two apartments and a two-storey penthouse. The penthouse features its own private roof terrace and pool providing open views over the water.

The interior was a collaborated with Thomas Hamel & Associates. Finishes consist of stained oak parquetry, veneered and polyurethane joinery, limestone and travertine floors. The exterior is composed of a simple palette of dark coloured render with exposed concrete beams and banding, with dark anodised aluminum windows, shutters and louvres.
