Originally a three storey warehouse, this building is now the location of the Porebski Architects studio along with several other offices. The project saw the conversion of a textile warehouse into adaptable, open plan office that could be divided into several configurations to suit tenancy requirements.

The warehouse office features an interplay of existing face brickwork with concrete blockwork and steel to create light filled spaces. High ceilings were retained exposing the original timber structure. The main stairwell features a raw staircase acting as a sculptural interface between levels.
